Torah Study

Shabbat Morning Torah Study is held on Saturday mornings at 9:10 am in the Temple Youth Lounge. Join Rabbi Sirbu in an informal and lively study of Torah. Study begins promptly at 9:10 am and concludes in time for our Shabbat morning service at 10:30 am. Coffee and bagels are served beginning at 9:00 am. 

On December 14, Rabbi Sirbu will lead the group in the continuing study of Deuteronomy, Parashat Eikev, Chapter 7, Verse 12, on page 1228 of Rabbi Plaut's The Torah: A Modern Commentary (Revised Edition). The Torah: A Modern Commentary was published by the URJ's Reform Judaism Press and has the full Hebrew text, as well as a new translation intended to convey the text in a modern way.
