Torah Study

Shabbat Morning Torah Study is held on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the Temple Youth Lounge and on Zoom. Study concludes in time for our Shabbat morning service, which begins at 10:30 a.m. Check your weekly Temple Emeth email for log-in details. 

On Shabbat morning, August 16 at 9:00 am, our Torah Study class will meet in the Youth Lounge and on Zoom to continue reading Leviticus Chapter 4. Rabbi Sirbu will lead a discussion about the rituals for individuals who acknowledge having transgressed and wish to receive expiation. You can preview the text by clicking here. No prior knowledge of the Tanakh or Hebrew is necessary to appreciate the modern lessons the Tanakh offers.
