Virtual Wine Tasting Fundraiser

Join our Temple Emeth community as wine expert Christopher Sachs shows us all about how wine goes from vineyard to bottle, from bottle to glass and from glass to you! Dive into what elements make a wine we like vs. one we dislike, learn about tannin, acid, sweetness, body and so much more!

You will receive four full bottles of wine (two whites and two reds) and four tasting cards, which will provide you with information about the individual wines and a wine education course...all while connecting with and helping our Temple Emeth community!

Fees:

(this will allow you to join the event with your partner,

spouse or friend without having to purchase the wine)

About Christopher Sachs:

Christopher Sachs is a wine and spirits professional based in central New Jersey. He was classically trained in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America where he took a short course in the study of wine. That is where his love of food and wine really blossomed. Shortly after graduation, he worked in the restaurant industry at Ninety Acres in Peapack/Gladstone, NJ and End of Elm in Morristown, NJ. After his last stint in restaurants, Christopher began studying with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) at the International Wine Center in New York City and has since completed the Advanced Course in Wines and Spirits, as well as the coveted Diploma of Wine and Spirits. he currently works as a sales representative with Skurnik Wines and Spirits in the NJ/NY area and consults with various retail and restaurant partners on a daily basis.
